Product details
product overview
The CALIBUS series handheld laser-induced breakdown spectrometer is a product launched by ARUN (a subsidiary of Spectrum Technology) in the UK in 2019, based on LIBS technology, to meet the rapid detection needs of the metal industry. It fills the market gap for on-site rapid detection of C elements in steel and can simultaneously meet the detection needs of more than 30 alloy elements such as Li, Be, Na, Mg, Al, and Si. The detection results can be obtained in 1 second, which is convenient and easy to use. It has been widely used in metallurgy, special inspection, heavy machinery manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and other fields, with distinctive characteristics and widely praised.
Product Features
Handheld instrument C element analysis technology
Adopting a three optical system design, CALIBUS achieves better resolution while ensuring the analysis wavelength range. The innovative cyclic argon filling design effectively enhances the sensitivity of the spectrum, ensuring that CALIBUS has higher quality C analysis performance.
Innovative cyclic argon filling design
The "aerial refueling" type circulating argon filling design allows for the use of argon gas without the need for argon gas cylinder consumables, greatly reducing the user's operating costs.
Efficient analysis speed
The self-developed nanosecond level high-frequency pulse laser combined with linear scanning analysis mode enables CALIBUS to complete sample analysis and obtain analysis results within 1 second, greatly improving detection efficiency.
Simple and convenient instrument operation
CALIBUS is equipped with an intelligent Android system that is close to user habits. The instrument is easy to use and users can quickly learn and proficiently operate it in a short period of time.
Multiple application requirements configuration
Adopting a three optical system design, the analysis wavelength range is wide, and it can detect more than 30 alloy elements such as C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, Li, Be, Na, Mg, Al, Si, Cu, etc., meeting the analysis needs of more than ten alloy materials such as iron, aluminum, copper, magnesium, zinc, etc.
